PAYMENT AND RETURNS
1. Payment
Payment for products/services can be made by: bank card, bank transfer or other methods displayed on the site.
Payment is considered made when the transaction is confirmed by the banking system or payment processor.
Any additional fees or commissions will be displayed before the order is completed.
2. Order cancellation and product return
According to Law no. 105/2003, in accordance with Law no. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection, you have the right to request the return of the products or cancellation of the order within 14 days from receipt of the product.
Returned products must be in original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

3. Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days from receiving the returned product and checking its condition.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

By placing your order on the site, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of payment and return.
